I love to cook, but I don’t consider myself a professional or even a serious amateur. I hate the word “foodie” but I do love to cook/eat. I love to read bon-appetit, cooking-light, browse through cookbooks, and watching the food network. I do work for Microsoft ( currently working on Silverlight) but this isn’t a technology blog – this is a cooking blog.

I truly support your New Year’s resolution, Mark! Keep on going and don’t forget to invite me and Rosi to taste your new receipes.
PS: I don’t think the chocolate was overpowering, but I’m a huge fan of dark chocolate though, the bitter the better.
